The 2-piece select alder body and 1-piece quartersawn maple neck are dressed in a nitrocellulose lacquer finish, imparting the well-worn appearance of a beloved instrument that's seen countless late nights on stage. The maple neck keeps the vintage vibe going with its 1960 Precision Bass® Oval "C" Back-Shape, 3A Rosewood Fingerboard and Jescar Vintage frets
Powered by a Custom Shop Hand-Wound '62 Precision Bass® pickup, this bass delivers the archetypal sound that defined a generation of music. The 4-saddle vintage-style bridge provides rock-solid intonation, while the bone nut and Vintage-Style Disc String Tree add old-school flair.
